A Note on Dining Together
At Largay Travel Connect, the magic happens both in the sessions and over a great meal!
For our Travel Advisors: To ensure we're all growing and learning together, attendance at all scheduled meals is a required part of your conference experience. We can't wait to break bread and share ideas with you!
For our Supplier Partners: While your presence at meals is never mandatory, you are always warmly invited to join us. We'd love to have you at the table whenever your schedule allows!
Keep an eye on your inbox next week for an email containing a brief survey link; we'll be asking everyone to confirm their meal attendance so we can finalize our preparations for you.

Travel professionals work in an environment where plans can change quickly. Weather events, airline disruptions, global uncertainty, and urgent client needs can all arrive within the same hour. You may be helping one client while another situation is unfolding somewhere else. Your attention is constantly pulled from one demand to another, which makes it harder to think clearly, decide what matters most, and move work forward in an organized way.
This session explores practical ways to work more deliberately in the middle of that reality. You will learn how to guide your attention so you can stay clear and effective even when many demands are competing for your focus.
We will explore how to create clarity about priorities, use simple planning structures that support better decision making, move between tasks more deliberately, and build brief moments of recovery that help restore your ability to concentrate during busy days.
You will leave with concrete ideas you can immediately use to support your effectiveness and well-being while navigating the realities of travel work.
