Shipping & Receiving
How to Ship In & Send Out
To ensure your materials and displays are handled with the utmost care and are ready for your arrival, we kindly ask that all equipment deliveries be coordinated in advance. The Hyatt Regency Greenwich receiving team is available to assist Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Should your logistics require a delivery outside of these standard hours, please reach out to us early so we can make the necessary arrangements to secure your items.

3. Number Your Shipment Boxes (i.e. Box 1 of 2, Box 2 of 2)
Liability: The hotel does not accept any liability for equipment, goods, or displays that arrive or fail to arrive at the hotel. The sending group is responsible for insuring its property loss or damage.
Handling: Handling charges will apply depending on the size and weight of items being received and moved. The hotel recommends that for shipments over 100 pounds, an alternative freight handling company be contracted by the sender.
Receiving: The hotel can accept boxes no more than four (4) days in advance of the meeting dates.
• Boxes received in excess of two (2) days before the start date of the group will be charged at $6.00/box per day
• Boxes received in excess of four (4) boxes will be charged at $10.00 per box
• Oversized boxes of 4'x4' or larger will be charged at $12.00 per box
• Skids/pallets will be charged at $200.00 per skid/pallet
• Oversized boxes, skids/pallets do not count toward the four (4) complimentary boxes to be received
• Should the group have more than ten (10) boxes, a storage room will be required. Our events manager can provide pricing for a storage room.
